Empower Her provides mentorship, job training, and leadership development to help South Asian women build independence and thrive professionally.

serves approximately 2,000 low-income South Asian immigrant women in New York City, many of skilled roles whom work in coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and gift shops. Over 50% are pressures.
